What we collect

Your email (encrypted at rest) to verify you and send your order; the two photos you upload; your optional note; and payment status from our payment provider. We never see your card number.

When photos are uploaded

Only after you click “Review video”. Before that they stay in your browser. On upload we remove location and other metadata and store them privately.

How long we keep things

• Unpaid photos: deleted 24 hours after upload.
• Paid photos: deleted 24 hours after your order finishes.
• Your video: deleted 7 days after it becomes available.
• You can delete your media sooner from the order page; access is removed at once and copies are purged within 24 hours.
• Payment and refund records are kept separately as required for accounting; deleting media doesn't delete them.

Analytics

We count page steps with an anonymous ID. We don't send your email, photos, file names, notes or links to analytics.

Model-training and third-party retention statements will be added only after the video provider's actual settings and contract are confirmed.
